As a newbie to the 180-600mm lens and birding... I was sooo excited by this Red-Shouldered Hawk!! I also had on the 1.4 teleconverter, and wow!!! Am I pleased with this set-up!

Healing time

So I'm having a hybrid arch put in, with 5 implant supports, and a removable upper. How realistic is it to be back to work after a week? Dentist is confident that my going back in 7 days will be fine. Swelling peaks at 3 days, he says, and most people back to work in 5. I will have 7 days cause of my 2-2-3 schedule. I also get company paid compassionate care, and might be able to use that for another day or 2 if needed.

Implants and /or Upper denture

So my original plan is a removable upper denture and a full hybrid lower arch. It's $30k, and twice that if I do the upper as a hybrid too... anyone with the removable upper, are you happy with it? Did you wish you did hybrid instead? I have had my 4th consultation, and these are my 2 options.

Implants and dentures

So I inherited bad teeth/gums, I just couldn't keep up. Now I am 48 and in the process of getting a full lower arch and an over denture. It's going to cost about $35k. (Yikes) But it will be worth it... I hope. Anyone else have this done? What was your experience like?
