Designing a character set in the ATLA universe for this story my friends and I are collabing on.
I think my biggest concern rn is that the characters designs aren't consistent across different drawings esp cuz there's different outfits and such?

Hi! I've been trying to speed draw from life recently (hence no photo reference used).
I find I have some difficulty rendering water and forests properly, I feel they look quite flat as I don't fully know where to add detailed rendering without making it look overdone, especially with ocean waves and individual trees and branches.
Any critique is helpful (: I posted all pictures as I want to know of any issues that are present in my style in general.
