How to get into the molecular pathology field? (Australia)

Hi all,

My goal is to work as a MLS in a molecular pathology lab (esp. molecular oncology), but I’m struggling to find info online that is applicable in Australia.

For those in molecular pathology labs (Aus or abroad), what did your pathway look like?

For reference, I’m about to start my Masters in Laboratory Medicine, but there isn’t an option to specialise in molecular pathology.
