So I have been talking for like a month with her. She has asked me multiple times (a week) for the past 3 weeks, to hangout and do something together. So i've felt a strong connection for like 2 weeks+ and thought a lot of her. She was giving signs she likes me and was interested in me.
She also told me a few days ago a (crazy and heavy) secret only 4 people know. We were building a connecting and were having fun when together. We havent kissed or did something sexual (yet).

She asked me yesterday to join her and her friend (girl) to join her at a festival. Was feeling this was the night we were gonna kiss and be really close together.
So i cancelled my friends hangout, was gonna watch France - England, to go to the festival.
Me, her and her friend were having fun and dancing and drinking together. Was having good vibes. She laughed a lot and was being touchy with me.
She was also giving hugs and holding my hand multiple times. I gotta say she was starting to get pretty drunk tho. Also told me she loves me (for the first time).

Then 1 hour before the end of the festival, someone she knows shows up and she starts dancing and kissing with him? Right after she kissed him she was looking multiple times into my eyes at me. Idk what she was doing bro or trying to say tbh. it came out of nowhere for me. Was she testing me and trying to see what i should do in this situation? or was she too drunk ?
Gotta say it felt bad, strange and i felt played hard.
I was showing it did something with me so walked away to think about and smoke a cigarette.
I was asking her friend if she did something like this before and if she talks to multiple guys at once. She didn't know (looks like she was telling the truth to me).

So when that guy was gone for like 20 minutes, she was laughing and being flirty with me again. I was acting a bit distant and wasnt going to dance with her like we did before.
So when that guy she kissed shows up again, and was staying next to us for some time, she was making flirty contact with him again while being flirty with me right before.
I decided to leave the party alone before the end and went to a bar few kilometers away.

**TL;DR;** : What should I do? Was she being too drunk to realize what she was doing and does she still likes me? Or is she more interested in that other guy and should i let her go?
Should I message her to talk with her about this, or should i wait if she realizes something about last night and see if she contacts me first?
