Hi, hingi lang po sana ako ng advice. I immediately resigned last February due to health reasons. I was confined and undergone operation. Na-maximized ko po leaves ko which resulted to a negative pay. My COE indicated not cleared. Now, I’m planning to go back to the workforce since hindi naman ako mayaman 😭 I don’t have any means pa to settle my outstanding balance kaya gusto ko na magwork. Would not cleared COE affects my job applications? Natatakot ako sa background check baka dahil dun bumagsak ako 🥹

Hello, sabay po ba sa final pay yung voluntary spf? If not, kelan po sya possible marereceived?
