Hi y'all.

2 questions, I am a renter of a house. we didn't have any pest issues for over a year. today we noticed couple of mice in the backyard!.

- Does taking care of this is the responsibility of the landlord or us? our contract doesn't write any specifics about pest control.

- Any company recommendations for pest controls?. any advices/experiences?.
