It got very hot here (NY) suddenly yesturday , ii was ok in the morning got some stuff done then out of nowhere felt awful yesturday , everything hit me at once , abdominal pain , dizzyness , horrible lightheadedness , feeling hot but no sweat which that is strange which started when i got POTS feels like skin on fire , suffered threw it the rest of day and asked for help getting AC in window ASAP . Today i had to pick up my groceries , i felt ok as can be with this illness then drove down to pick up my groceries , on the way way got very nauseous , dizzy , lightheaded bad and could not get gas or coffee or anything other chores it was very scary i pulled into driveway and sat on couch crying , i dont understand this illness , its so isolating and really makes life so difficult i feel like im trying to climb a mountain everyday , can it be the heat making this worse ? i was extremely scared and feel like head spinning and migraine and just everything at once , this illness is absolutely pure hell

I have been in gut hell for a year but the past 8 days has been a whole other level of pain . Last january i starte dgetting pains in my chest and upper abdomen in the center left , got a sonogram and other then gallbladder eminent when it was removed it was ok also endoscopy , i was dissapointed while being i have NASH she never tested my pancreus in the blood test , sent me to a cardiologist where there was a whole other issue of problems now my abdominal pain has been getting worse , its center left , very nauseous , very painful , it will ease up then come back , bile acid stool also , it does worsen after i eat , it gets dibilitating , the past 8 days i have really been in pain but i didnt go to er cause it would ease but but comes back could this be a pancreus issue ? and what test should i ask for ? I do have a history of binge drinking on a empty stomach however i havent had a drink in 2 months and removal of gall bladder which caused many issues

Today i was exchanging audio messages with an ex boyfriend whom i kept in touch with although he cheated and got another woman pregnant etc , after i sent a audio message talking about true crime cases we always discuss , he then replyed with WTHHHHH are u playing around with me ??? i said huh?? he said that message was a scary voice in the beginning before u talk regular saying "let get em" or something like that , i went back and listened to my message i didnt hear anything , i said forward it , he did and i heard it loud and clear and it was very unsettling , it scared the heck outa me , any idea what this could be
