Question about weight tickets.

I’m supposed to be picking up a UHall trailer tomorrow for my PCS. I was wondering if I can go and weigh my truck without the trailer or do I need to have the truck and trailer both empty before I weigh. I’ve seen multiple answers I just want clarification on the correct way to go about it. TIA

Will CIF charge me for the wrong marshmallow suit size?

Went to RFI 2 years ago and told them I needed a medium long pants. I got the pants correct size but on my record they put small regular. Can my company commander right a memo or do I need CIF themselves to change it?
