Daypack that holds telescoping trekking poles?
I am looking for a good quality day pack that easily holds my telescoping trekking poles when I don't need them. Ideally they would be easy to secure on the back without flopping around.

New to using noise reduction ear plugs. Going to see Odyssey in the theaters recently made me realize I really needed some. I bought a pair of Shush Acoustic ear plugs online. Say they reduce noise by 23 dB. I really like the aluminum case that attaches to my key chain--keeps them in a place where I am likely to have them every time I need them. But I used them the other day while walking my dog on a favorite rail trail, at a stretch where the trail passes under a noisy freeway, and found that it didn't reduce that noise as much as I had hoped. Loop earplugs seem to be among the most popular. Looking online, the case looks kind of flimsy plastic. What should I be looking for in NR ear plugs? I have tinnitus and hearing loss in one ear already. Trying to save myself from further damage at concerts and in noisy environments.
