Just wanted to send out a reminder that our Eighteenth Reddit Meet is at 7pm today at Social Capital!

Social Capital is a family-friendly bar/restaurant with rooftop and outdoor seating, along with an indoor seating area. They are located right next to Scissortail Park with the rooftop providing excellent views of downtown OKC. They are open until 11pm and I'm sure some of us will be around until closing. So feel free to arrive late, if needed.

Some of us will arrive early and have orange leis to make us easier to find, which we will provide for everyone. So, if you see someone wearing an orange lei then it should be okay to approach them and verify our location and grab a lei. I'll do my best to DM everyone and feel free to DM me if you have any questions! Hope you all make it!!

I found this in a gas station in Missouri. I couldn’t find it online so I grabbed it.

I’m an Oklahoman who LOVES Louisiana cuisine. Feel free to critique my ingredients. I’ll take all pointers. We are limited on crawfish options in OKC.

Main Ingredients
-2 packages crawfish tails, 12 oz each
-1 whole yellow onion, diced
-8 cups of seafood stock
-2 bell peppers, any color, diced
-6 stalks celery, diced
-3 medium tomatoes, diced
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-4 cups shrimp or seafood broth
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 sticks butter
-Cooked white rice, for serving
-Fresh parsley, for garnish

Seasonings
-2 tsp white pepper
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp paprika
-2 tsp dried oregano
-2 tsp dried basil
-1 tsp dried parsley flakes
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-2 tbsp honey
-2 bay leaves
-2 tsp celery salt
-1 tsp ground celery seed
* Salt to taste
