Last shipwreck I promise
At least for a while. I’ve made five. I think this one is what I like. First pictures are after being packed in salted vinegar overnight, 3-4 are after salt and ammonia. Final two are after finishing/polishing.

I got this zippo as a father's day gift less than a year ago, now this rough burnished effect seems to be spreading over the case. I fill the lighter out of the case and dry it with kitchen papers before putting it back into the case and it has never been dropped.
Any idea on this? They won’t let me get it out to look at it or budge on the price
Hi Zippo-fans,
recently I got this Blacklight Zippo for free. Is it valuable? Should I keep it unused (and it will become rare) or just add to those Zippos I carry and use?
Can anyone estimate what is realistic price of it?
Thanks for any comment!
It’s shiny and lovely, but I am not a great photographer. Sorry.
Picked up this Zippo lighter for $4 at a flee market, can anyone ID the year/model and value? Thanks!

I swear I have to get a new one every three months because I lose it. I just want one to hold onto for a very long time.
The collection has grown to include another wonderful Zippo: the 1994 Harley-Davidson Limited Edition Zippo, a Barrett-Smythe design. I'm a big fan of the HD designs from the '80s and '90s; I think the new HD Zippo models, unfortunately, no longer exude the style they're supposed to.
When I receive The New zippo today, the wheel and the flint was working as it was sparking up, but when I bought the fuel later on the day and fill it up, even though the wheel and the plane is dry, I’ve been rubbed it off in case of overspill of fuel into them it’s still not lighting up. What to do? Should I leave it as it is?
I finally got around to epoxying the collection of shield pins from some of the different Zelda games onto Armor Zippos. These are all custom-made as Nintendo doesn’t license its images to Zippo. I bought the one chrome one of cartoon Link off of Etsy and I’m a little annoyed because they glued it on slightly crooked. The four white engraved ones are from the eBay seller Storyblazer. I have a few other music related Zippo’s from them as well and they’re all badass.
Anyone else have video game theme lighters?
I haven’t been collecting long, managed to get the slim brass and the two plain brass on eBay for £15! Bargain, and of course my daily is the cut corner!
Started a barback gig last week and first night i was fiddling with my favorite green zippo and by the time i got to my car it was gone. Luckily wally world had these for 12 bucks! I had to go hunting for them in random check out lines but i found the brass ones hiding in the back. Also accidentally picked up a classic silver colored one thinking i was just buying the butane insert.
