Hey all! Recently my mum gave me her Zippo from the 90's to add to my collection, but there is one issue. she somehow lost the flint spring. I'm currently just using a different insert in the original case, but would love to have the original insert with the original case. if you guys have any suggestions please let me know!!
Hey all! I've been recording music at home for a while now, but I'm here looking for advice at the moment because I'm feeling pretty stuck on something. I'm currently running a late 2012 IMac and a 2017 ASUS gaming laptop, I switch between them fairly often for recording because they both run Reaper and I am comfortable with both OSs. I will soon be coming into a decent sum of money and am very set on upgrading, but that's where my current issue lies. I've already decided to buy a decent windows PC, and was intending to buy a Macbook Pro for both recording and general use. the problem is that the price tag on a new Macbook Pro being $4,800 seems far too expensive (more than I am even spending on the PC!), the Macbook Neo and Air, while having a smaller price tag, both seem partially too weak for what I am looking for, but I love apples compatibility between devices. I cant find any truly unbiased opinions on this matter because every "mac vs windows" post or blog or website I see is just the 2 extremes of either apple fanboys glazing macs, or windows fanboys saying macs are useless E-waste. so that's how I ended up here, I thought getting opinions from people who use these devices for the same reasons as I will be, would be able to give me some unbiased opinions for my specific case. should I just suck it up and fork over the cash for a macbook, or should I just stick with getting the same quality windows laptop for half the price.
has anybody else’s feed on the mobile app been absolutely swarmed with nothing but those annoying “Reddit Games” style posts? like, the polls, the would you rathers, the vault cracker word games and the stupid stuff like that? i’ve been muting the subreddits but every time i mute one another one pops up, there is so many and it’s making it difficult to use the app to see the things i’m actually interested in.

i’m cleaning out my fathers house currently and finding some absolute nostalgia gems, but i couldn’t pass up the opportunity to show off how CHEAP PIZZA USED TO BE. i recently picked up 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread from dominos for nearly 40 bucks. ridiculous.

hey all! i’ve been playing guitar for 7ish years now so this isn’t a “is this a good first guitar?” post, just genuinely curious about peoples experiences with these guitars. I’m very into the customising and modding guitar scene but not currently on a budget that would allow me to buy decent guitars for the sole purpose of modding. (and dont have the heart to touch my SG or Tele) while on a hunt for budget friendly guitars I found these online, but dont want to take a $400 risk if it’s going to show up and be the worst guitar I’ve played in my life. any input would be amazing! thank you in advance!
my old 3ds started to do this a while back, picked it back up for the first time after not being able to use my XL and im wondering, A) what the issue is, and B) is there anything i can do to fix it?
