First time collecting Yu-Gi-Oh — are these good choices?

I'm 26, and this is basically my first time properly collecting Yu-Gi-Oh. The last time I had Yu-Gi-Oh cards was when I was around 7-8 years old, and I'm pretty sure most of them were fake.

I'm mainly doing this for fun and to build a collection. Pulling something rare or valuable would obviously be a nice bonus, but I'm not planning to sell anything even if I hit something big. As I said, this is mainly for collecting. I'm planning to spend around €50-80 per month on the hobby.

I'm thinking of starting with Monster Mayhem and Alliance Insight. I also added sleeves, toploaders, and a toploader binder.

Are these two booster boxes good choices for a first-time collector, or would you swap either of them for something else?

Also, English isn't my first language, so I used AI to help correct my grammar.

First time playing Dofus.

I've been hopping back and forth between pretty much every MMORPG out there. I've tried everything, and nothing has really hooked me. Played wow since MOP, want to try somehting new. Around 150 hours in FFXIV, 50 in GW2, 250 in Warframe, 50 in OSRS, and I've also tried ESO, SWTOR, T&L, and BDO.

I think my biggest problem is that I don't give these games enough time. If I don't find them fun within the first 5 hours, I'll usually just drop them. Being a solo player makes it even worse since none of my friends play MMORPGs.

But I've heard the name Dofus come up a lot whenever people talk about a new MMORPG to try, so... yeah, I've downloaded it.

I'm going in completely blind—no guides, no videos, nothing. I just wanted to share my thoughts.

Wish me luck!

Classic Era or TBC?

This question has probably been asked a lot, so sorry for bringing it up again. I'm also not that familiar with how Classic works.

I've been jumping from one MMO to another and just can't seem to find anything I really enjoy. I've played WoW Retail before, but these days my goal is different. I want to enjoy the leveling experience, take things slow, and not worry about item level, rushing to endgame, or feeling like I have to keep up. I just want to level at my own pace while watching YouTube and relaxing.

The problem is that I'm having a hard time deciding between Classic Era and TBC. I know Classic Era will stay as it is forever without any major updates, and honestly, I don't mind that at all. TBC seems to be much more populated right now, but I'm not sure what happens once the Anniversary servers end. I don't want the time I invest into my character to feel wasted.

I know TBC has more players, and while having an active community is important to me, I'm happy playing either version as long as the game feels alive.

I'm also a solo player since none of my friends play WoW. I'm from the EU, so if anyone sees this and has an active guild that's welcoming to new players, feel free to reach out. It honestly feels like all I need right now is a good MMORPG that I can sink a couple of hours into after work each day.

I'm 26, male, from Sweden.

Sorry if this wasn't the best explanation, but I hope you get what I mean. Thanks!

Vad hade ni gjort i samma situation?
