Worst customer service of any company

I wish I could post a photo.

I just went into a local Verizon store asking about my service level for my cell phone.

I was the only person in the store and I was greeted very friendly.

I then asked my question about my service level since I was traveling international tomorrow.

I was then handed a sheet of paper with about a dozen phone numbers and told to call their call center.

I called and was put on hold and got some AI agent sounding person. Pretty sure they were AI. If not their cadence sure sounded like it.

Absolutely pissed off that Verizon has a physical storefront, but they can't answer a simple question. I literally drove to the store because I didn't want to have to go through a call center.

Moonbrew - Warning

DO NOT BUY

I placed an order over a month ago and it has not yet shipped.

I have emailed, chat, and Facebook messaged them repeatedly. All I have gotten is a refund of like $7 for customer satisfaction.

I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and to have my subscription canceled.

They said they would but I was charged again for another month and no shipment date.

This company is an absolute scam.

I'm posting here to warn everyone who is trying to get better sleep to avoid this company at all costs.
