How is Eagle Point community? We’re new to the area and looking at houses in that neighborhood. We’re looking to start a family so looking for family friendly safe neighborhood.

I got my ASUS ZenBook 14 (Ultra-Slim Laptop 14” Full HD 4-Way NanoEdge Bezel, 8th-Gen Intel Core i7-8565U Processor, 16GB LPDDR3, 512GB PCIe SSD, MX150, Numberpad, Windows 10 - UX433FN-IH74) back in 2020. I had to change my battery in 2025. But tonight it completely went black, wouldn’t turn back on and just keep making this clicking noise. This laptop has been great with my school work as well as work (AutoCAD). I am looking for something similar without costing an arm and a leg. Any and every suggestion would be helpful.

Hi all! We’re looking to move to the area and looking at houses. We’re moving from a big city where they’re high competitive house prices. Not sure if it’s the market or if something is wrong with the houses for the price that’s listed. We’re looking to buy our house and saw a couple we liked by D.R Horton. Online has been giving mixed reviews on this builder so was wondering if anyone has experience with this builder in this area that could share a bit with us?
