Need help/advice

Over the weekend me and my girlfriend found this sweet angel all alone on a back country road walking out of the woods , literally all skin and bones.

Since we have been doing our best to feed her very small wet food amounts as she throws up a lot of it often.

We are tracking every meal and so far she holds about 50% of what we've tried to give her!

She's very active when she's awake and has peed and passed bowel movements twice.

We obviously know we need to get her to a vet but the only affordable non-emergency vet that will take us is an appointment for Friday morning which we have scheduled ,

I'm hoping to know what I can do to help her adjust to food better , as well as if you think Friday is too long a time to wait or not.

I just started a new job so time and money is tight but I would do anything to get her healthy and keep her that way. Thank you!!
