Changing the o2 sensor and noticed this. Some sort of ground wire. It just crumbles. Would this cause P0141 code?

Just got platinum on NG+4 ps5 wow this and Elden ring probably my top favorite games ever. Sekiro then ER a close second.

What’s wrong with my Japanese maple?

It seems to only be growing leaves on part of the tree and not all the branches. It’s never done this before. Located in Ontario Canada.
