I have an offer in the Goleta area and am looking for apartments. I've found some listings in Isla Vista, but I've been reading around and it seems like its a college neighborhood? I'm 25 and not affiliated with UCSB at all, and it's my first time living in Santa Barbara. Are there any non-students living in Isla Vista or is it recommended to not stay there?
I’ve been working at big semi company in the US as a PD engineer for the past 3 years. I mainly do PD on advanced nodes. However, I was offered an opportunity to jump to a new team that does mixed signal chips where I would be writing RTL + backend design but on a more mature process. I was drawn to the role because I would take full ownership from RTL design to backend design. I’m wondering if this is worth the move, or I would taking a career hit by not being on the cutting edge node.
I was watching my friends league game today using the spectate button on the match page. I had to manually click everytime I wanted to spec someone and some of the number keys didn’t work either.
Does anyone know if auto director still works in cs2 or are my binds messed up?
