I want to buy a house in Tirupati.

I am an ardent devotee of Lord Venkateshwara since childhood. My dream is to buy a house in Tirupati from where I can get the uninterrupted view of the Seshadri hills, that Tirunama lighting on hills. In what areas should I be buying a house?

PR is heavily PRing. All I did was seach Instagram:'Sorry, but this episode made me like Alua Bhatt so much more'. And, boom!

Few days ago some member made a post and warned that sympathy wave will flood social media. They were so right. Now I am forced to believe that the fidgeting, nervousness, anxious looks, zoning out is all an act by India's 4 foot lady Bachchan meryl streep. Years of trolling dimmed her lighting yada yada yada by her FCs looks scripted too.

Is Gosala area in Vijayawada safe?

My cousin's family are planning to shift to Vijayawada to join their daughter for NEET coaching in Gosala Sri Chaitanya. They are not interested to keep the child in hostel so it will be semi residential. Someone have to pick her up from the campus at 8.00PM.

They said when they visited the area, it was mostly deserted after 6.00PM. So worried about safety of ladies. The staff in the campus said there will be private transportation (autos) at that time too but as non locals , my cousin can't verify it. Hence asking here.

What are the best options to stay around? What are transportation options? Please guide.

Ravana producing Ramayana.

This post was long due. Almost 1 and half months due. It all started with a random comment in one of the threads: 'Go read about Namit in Malhotra in the VFX sub' . I did and made a post. Read it here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/BollyBlindsNGossip/s/k7PRS1xOmS

But wasn't expecting what followed. Received many DMs and flood of screenshots about his character or rather lack of it. Till then my only grouse was that a morall, ethically corrupted person like Ranbir shouldn't play Lord Ram. But now I can dare say Namit has no right to produce Ramayan, moral, ethical, none whatsoever!

Please download the pictures, take screenshots of the post. Save the posts from the links shared. Because we never know.. I had to redact usernames of those who sent me screenshots as many were afraid of the a**hole. I can't credit who sent me the proofs as they are staunchly, vehemently against it, but they want the world know. I will take down the post if necessary but won't break my promise and reveal the identities. Screenshots of few deleted posts. Links of few active posts. Save them, screenshot them to preserve the truth. Posted 20 pics as that's the maximum. Posting rest in comments.

Personal Allegations:

  1. Sexual exploitation of female employees.

  2. Bringing in prostitues to office

  3. Tag teaming junior female employees

  4. Cheating on wife.

  5. Employees exploitation

Professional Allegations:

  1. Namit Malhotra is not the brain behind DNEG at all, all his ideas come from his partners.

  2. Namit's entire company is built on nepotism - he hired his entire family to be on the DNEG payroll but they do almost nothing - most having little to no actually vfx or business experience.

  3. He’s also put his own son as the younger version of Ram which follows his nepo pattern.( Can't verify this. If someone can verify, will be thankful.

  4. Namit has no indepth idea about technology. He cannot work even an iphone properly.

  5. His dad brought him everything because he couldn’t even finish college so his dad set him up. Nepo father.

  6. He has a very short fuse and lashes out at his employees and is very verbally aggressive (and I’ve heard maybe physically aggressive before)

  7. He appears to care about india but only because of his own reputation and ‘legacy’ there. He treats his indian based employees the worst and takes severe advantage of them so I don’t believe he actually cares about indians themselves (unless they are rich and famous)

  8. He has paid off multiple girls across the different DNEG locations and can only imagine what he’s done with Prime Focus employees.

Here are some more posts that shed some more light on him but mainly the business side of things (fraud, scams) and how he treats his employees which is awful, especially the indian employees.

5 years of Alia innocently announcing Jee Le Zaraa on her Insta. Faran, car still didn't arrive, yet..

What about the production losses Farhan incurred lol. Directors like him and SLB need to be called out for their behaviours. When a director without the solid vision of end product has no authority to blame actors.

Vanga thinks he is writing heavy intellectual posts but rarely it seems genuine. It's as if he just can't let go any opportunity to cash in whatever is trending. By praising whoever is trending, winning their fans merely by association and then ride on their backs and trend themselves. Rather pool proof trick. Before his lengthy essays and thesis on Dhurandhar, RGV was majorly forgotten or rather say became a mockery with his C grade films. But suddenly his Dhurandhar posts endeared him to masses because he vociferously endorsed what they loved. RGV created a circlejerk trending for himself after Dhar praised him in return and suddenly RGV's recent negative image turned positive.

Same goes for Vanga too. He is just mimicking RGV. Similarly Kjo associates himself with whoever is successful at the moment. Alia too follows the same strategy. If a director gives a big hit, Alia works in his next. If a Hero delivers mega hit, Alia lobbies and ensures to be in his next. She mastered the art of piggybacking other people's success. Heck, the gall and audacity to place her nascent production house next to bigwigs like YRF and Bhadrakali pictures and jumping to congratulate Dhurandhar immediately after they did. Quite a smart strategic positioning move!
