Where can I find good cannoli in Bangalore?

I like trying new food items and cannoli has been on my list of desserts to try for a while now. I recently found out Spettacolare in Indiranagar has cannoli so tried it but it was kinda underwhelming. Any idea where I can find decent cannoli?

Can a building get OC/CC if one floor is illegal?

I've been living in a 1 BHK in Bangalore for 8 years now. My flat is on the terrace and there is another 1 BHK beside mine. Rest of the flats in the other floors are all 2/3 BHK. When we moved in, the building was not entirely complete..didn't have OC/CC, there was no separate electric meter for each flat, and no lift despite there being a lift shaft etc. I still moved in due to low rent (despite having to climb 6 floors every single time). But over the next 3-4 years we got a lift, separate meters etc. So I assumed the building must have got OC.

Over the last couple of years the landlord of my flat has been talking about selling the flat. I really like the flat, it's small but cosy and airy with lots of natural light, perfect for a young, single person. And I love having a terrace right outside my door. So I have been considering putting an offer to buy it, and may be rent it out later if and when I need to move to a bigger flat. However, I recently came to know from one of the residents living in a different floor that the terrace flats are illegal and not present in the municipality sanction plan. This is making me reconsider my decision.

Is it possible for a house to get OC if one floor is illegal, or does it have to be okayed by the municipal body before OC is given? Should I go ahead with my plan of buying this flat? I assumed if the building has got OC all the legal issues must have been ironed out. But now I'm having doubts.
