heat sources for inside the enclosure?

hi everyone!!

so my hedgehogs tank is enclosed (it has many air holes for air flow so don't worry, and it's pretty big so she has enough room). i got this one because i have 2 cats and a 4 year old so open top wasn't really an option.

i do have a temp reader in her enclosure but no heat lamp, because my room avgs around 76, and it never dipped below 71 when it was still very cold/snowing. but this morning it was 69 so i quickly just put a heating pad over the top bc thats all i had at the moment.

all the heat sources i'm finding are lamps, but i don't know if a heat lamp would be safe sitting on top of the enclosure for long periods of time as i'm pretty sure its made of wood. is there anything i can use that can go inside the enclosure??

what perks are you guys picking?

i'm a gold 3 support main who just got back into ow this season, i only play support and i play juno, mercy, kiri, & illari!

i'm wondering if i can get some input from similar/higher ranks than me. i usually pick the pylon cooldown perk for the minor & then i kinda swap betwen the two for the second one, but i mostly pick the sunburn (outburst does extra dmg) perk.

are these good picks or should i be picking something else?

how often are you (deep) cleaning your hedgehogs enclosure?

so my hedgehog has a closed top enclosure (i have 2 cats and a 4 year old so open top isn't an option lmao) and i use paper bedding with pee pads underneath. i usually deep clean every week give or take a few days but doing that i go through about two large bags of bedding a month, which can get pricey. money is pretty tight for me right now & i also read some people deep clean bi weekly / once a month so i'm wondering if every week is a bit much?

and by deep cleaning i mean washing all of her toys/wheel, changing out all her bedding for fresh bedding, and cleaning the enclosure w cleaning spray (meant for small animal enclosures dw). i'll spot clean from time to time or wash her wheel if it gets very poopy more often though.

edit: i use about half of a 60L bag in her enclosure for paper bedding (so 30L of bedding in her enclosure) hence why i go through 2 60L bags a month, i put a lot so she can burrow.

gonna start this by saying they have been to the vet & had stool tests and nothing was 'wrong'.

i have 2 cats, and one of them has been having diarrhea for almost 2 weeks. i feel like i've tried anything i can think of to help – i've gotten stool samples taken, i've changed the food brand i've bought, i stopped using scents on / around their litter box (pet pourri specifically), stopped putting food toppers & treats, etc. and no matter what she still has liquid diarrhea. like to the point i can HEAR it when she uses her box. her behavior hasn't changed, she still is acting normal, still eating and drinking, playing, etc. and going off the feline distress scale she doesn't seem to show any signs of pain/distress.

what can i do to help? i feel terrible that shes having stomach issues but i don't know what else i could try. right now my cats get fed wet & dry food 2x a day, and i put dental treats on their wet food & i've started sprinkling pumpkin powder on their dry because i was told that helps w digestive issues.

so just to preface i of course did lots of research before getting a hedgehog, i just want to make sure i'm feeding her the correct amount & substance bc i've seen a lot of mixed answers anywhere i look.

i feed my hedgie once a day around the evening, i'll give her a very small scoop of dry cat food. i have two cats and i buy them high quality cat food (hill's science to be specific) so i just give her that, and then i'll put a few dubia roaches around her enclosure or in her foraging box for her to 'hunt'. i've seen people say to mix cat foods, or to feed them wet food as well, while some say dry cat food is perfectly fine. i also want to make sure the amount i'm giving her is enough because she seems to eat most of her food pretty quickly so sometimes i'll give her a little extra after she's finished bc i'll notice her searching for more. i would say i maybe put about 2-3 tbsp of dry cat food in her bowl.

i do give her live mealworms from time to time, maybe once a week at most, usually after i clean her enclosure but i saw some people saying to not give them mealworms bc they are high in fat.

lmk any suggestions or if i'm doing okay!! i just want to make sure my baby is well taken care of.
