Currently, I am writing a new chapter for "Summoning NATO," in which several NATO member states deploy troops to Mu to confront Gra Valkas. My inquiry pertains to identifying which countries would unequivocally commit war crimes, excluding Canada. (I mean we know what Canada can do right?) [Summoning NATO] How to buff Cryseilis Kingdom?
Hello, it's me, Manintag.
I have a few questions about Cryseilis in this fanfic version. I have already buffed Gra Valkas by giving them Cold War Soviet and WWII German weapons (around 1960s military tech) to make them a credible threat to NATO. However, when it comes to Cryseilis, I am still unsure how to buff them. While they have flying ships and radar, information regarding their infantry weapons is mostly unclear. I really want to develop their infantry lore as well.
Anyone you have suggestions?

Summoning NATO: Luduis's fate after war
(In this story, Ruperther is the biological older brother of Emperor Luduis.)
After the Joint Europe–American Task Force captured Ruperther via skyhook extraction, Scandinavian air wings bombed Duro City only minutes later. Upon hearing the news, Emperor Luduis assumed that his brother had perished in the carpet bombing of Duro. The shock shattered what remained of his composure; he descended into hysteria, spending days screaming, raging, and grieving without rest.
It took only a matter of days before the French and British fleets imposed a complete naval siege, sealing off all Esthirant waters. This left the Papaldia Empire with only two choices: surrender and preserve the capital, or continue resisting and watch Esthirant be reduced to ashes.
During the siege, Kaios and General Arde secretly conspired to stage a coup. However, when Luduis finally heard from Kaios himself that Ruperther was alive and being held in captivity, everything changed. There was only one condition for Ruperther’s return: the Empire had to surrender.
With only a fragment of sanity still intact, Luduis found himself torn between his desperate longing to bring his brother home and his inability to accept the humiliation of defeat. At last, the weight of his guilt overwhelmed him. In tears, he collapsed to the floor, clinging to Remille’s legs as he sobbed uncontrollably. Over and over again, he confessed his failures, admitted every mistake he had made, relinquished his authority, and finally declared that he would surrender and give up his power to whoever they want.
Several chapters later, Ruperther finally returned to the Imperial Palace and reunited with his brother. Instead of the youthful and fearsome emperor he once knew, he found Luduis weeping like a frightened child. The emperor rushed toward him, fell to his knees, wrapped his arms around his brother’s legs, and tearfully swore that he would never allow him to leave again. Ever.
Later, around the pre–Gra Valkas War arc, Luduis suffered a psychological regression. He began behaving like a ten-year-old boy, spending hours watching cartoons from Europe through magical projection screens (AKA tv) while his utterly exhausted brother, Ruthperter stayed by his side. Meanwhile, Remille relied heavily on medication to maintain her composure, terrified that without it she would become like the person she had once loved.
