How much water should my dad drink in the Summer? Stage 4

How much water should my dad drink in the Summer? Stage 4

His doctor told him sort of flippantly to drink 48 ounces a day, but has not recommended adjustments for Summer. I looked at my dad's charts and his numbers always get worse in the Summer and I suspect its because we can't get him to stay inside so he is always outdoors and the california heat can be brutal, I swear he is part lizard, and because he has always hated to drink water. I reached out to his doctor on the medical portal but have not heard back and googling gives me incomplete info -- any suggestions or guidelines you follow? Thank you 🙏🏽

Help making sense of these numbers please :)

My dad (75) has stage 4 kidney disease with 21% filtration. He asked me to start helping him understand test results. I am not sure where to start with these -- I am trying to understand but my mind is stuck. Can anyone help me please make sense of the attached data? Looks like there is a protein row and a creatine row and then one row to show the normal range of both combined?

What does looking at these numbers tell you?
