Is it too late?

Hi guys

M22 this side

When I was 18, I started coughing thick mucus. But I ignored the same since I didn't have other symptoms like chest pain, heartburn and constipation.

In the last six months, my nose started getting blocked too mucus with similar thick mucus. I visited ENT doctors at first, took nasal sprays and steroids and they somewhat helped. But, soon after I started feeling constipated and having heartburn. So, I went to gastro doctors and got an endoscopy done which showed gastritis. I took PPIs, famotidine and gaviscon for months.

My stomach feels much better now but issues with my throat and nose continues - thick cloudy stringy mucus, red inflamed spots in throat.

I have tried every other thing available online - baking soda gargle, alkaline water, elevated pillow, DGL, breathing exercises but none of them prove effective for long.

I wake up exhausted and tired, my voice breaks while speaking and I remain restless most parts of day and am looking for solutions.

Any ideas or suggestions will be great,

Regards

End this sufferinggg😥

Hi guys

I have been suffering from GERD/LPR for 2 years now.

Consulted several gastro and ENT doctors in the last 6 months. Even had my endoscopy done - it showed gastritis.

PPIs, famotidine, nasal steroids did heal my gut but ONE THING THAT HAS BEEN A CONTINOUS PROBLEM IS THICK MUCUS/PND FROM THROAT/NOSE

I am unable to sleep and focus on day to day activities.

Already tried baking soda hack, but it gives temporary relief only.

Can someone please help me with any solution to this..
