P8 is not opening due to retbotting. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? The device gets very hot when it's constantly turned on and off.

I've been experiencing erectile dysfunction for two years. My prolactin levels are higher than normal. The upper limit is 15, but my level is 25. Could this level of prolactin be causing ED ?
