My grandparents trust

I live in Oklahoma and we have some hillbilly probate courts. After my dad died in 2020 my grandmother, my dad’s mom, asked me if she could take care of dad’s estate. That woman raised me, her and papa. She is the only lady that I’ve ever met, and I’ve never disrespected her or went against her wishes or opinions. I said yeah sure grandma if you feel up to it I totally understand. That’s fine with me. That was January 2020 after dad died. Well grandma got sick around June or so and she had me come over and said she can’t handle it. I said okay what do you want to do? She said can you take of this? I worked in oilfield air conditioning service on the drilling locations in a 500 mile radius from Oklahoma City. I said I can definitely get it handled. I kinda waited a few months before I hired a probate attorney because I just wanted to make sure grandma wasn’t gonna change her mind again. December of 2020 is when I hired an Oklahoma State probate attorney. Almost a year later after dad died someone finally hired a probate attorney. My attorney got on the ball and got my rights as the only surviving heir to my dad’s estate signed off by the judge. We had dad’s house inspected and put up for sale and by the first week of February we had it sold. I was driving back to Oklahoma from the Permian and my attorney called and said all you gotta do now is sign paperwork to sale the house. I get back to OKC and I rested a few days and before I got to the attorneys office grandma calls. My aunt , grandmas daughter was taking care of grandmas health and welfare at home. For the last 7 years. Grandma said can you come see me before you go to your attorneys office. So I went over there and grandma and my aunt were both setting at her dining room table and proceeded on asking me about my marriage. I said I’m working on getting a divorce i just wanted to get this done for you first so you wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. She said well I don’t want her to end up with any of your dad’s estate. I said okay neither do I. She said I talked to an attorney and if you sign over your rights as the heir over to me I’ll hold onto everything that’s owed to you from your dads estate until after your divorce is final and then I’ll write you a check for whatever it is. I asked her a few questions and my aunt popped off, it’s not like we are trying to rip you off. I said I couldn’t ever imagine a day where my grandmother would rip me off. I said yes grandma I’ll sign over my rights as my dad’s only heir over to you and if that’s what’s gonna make this part feel safe with you that’s a wonderful plan. I called my attorney and I said you’re gonna have to listen to me. I just signed over my rights is the heir over to my grandma and I explained to my attorney why. She said Shannon the house is sold. All you gotta do is the paperwork. I said I appreciate your hard work on this , however this is how grandma wants to do this final part and I will not be disagreeing with a woman that’s raised me buried her 15 yo daughter from a car crash, buried her husband my papa, and a year ago buries her only son , my dad. That woman has been kidnapped, raped, and robbed and held hostage in her car for 15 hours and always has a smile on her face when I walk in the door. She is a woman of faith that’s been tested in the horrific circumstances. Telling her no will never happen from this guy. Her only grandson her only grandchild. August of 2021 grandma dies. She was set free. I called my attorney and said grandma died we need to put me back as the heir for the third time. We did that and the distribution of the estate funds had already been signed off by the judge. I was just simply someone that’s name was on the probate bank account because grandma died. December was the final court date and everything was final. All of the funds went into my grandmas trust. February of 2022 I got my divorce granted. I called my aunt and showed her my paperwork the judge signed off on granting me the divorce. She hasn’t given me anything that I was supposed to get in the verbal agreement she was present in and heard and also made the smart ass remark it’s not like we are trying to rip you off. I said you’re serious? You’re gonna disrespect grandma like this by holding my inheritance hostage from my dad’s estate from me? I said when papa died I didn’t come at you for your inheritance from your parents. You’re not gonna carry through with what grandma and I both agreed on? You set there the entire meeting. I still haven’t got shit from her that’s inherently mine. I got a divorce and probate was over and that’s all grandma required of me to make this right. I have a question about my grandmothers and papas trust. Since my dad died and his sister ended up with all of the their trust. Since I’m my dad’s only child and he wasn’t married should I be rewarded his portion of his parents trust or does she just get to take everything from everyone that died? I’m wanting to do whatever is right. If I need to fight her for my dad’s portion I feel like I need to be because I’m part of the family as well. Her going back on what grandma and I agreed on is something God is gonna have handle. Because she thinks that she entitled to all this inheritance because she took care of grandma. If that’s how you need to look at it to fall asleep at night then whatever. Something here just isn’t lining up
Or making a damn bit of sense. She will not answer a single question I have about Grandma and papas trust.
