[KSR Bengaluru] Instead of spending ₹2,000 on one Spider-Man/Odyssey show, do a same-day Mysore trip for almost the same money

Random thought for anyone around KSR Bangalore who’s planning to watch both Spider-Man and Odyssey.

Bangalore 4DX/IMAX/3D is around ₹2,000 per person for both movies. If you're going with 2 people, that's already ₹4,000 just for the movies.

Instead, you could literally make it a Mysore day trip.

KSR → Mysore by train, spend the day there, have some proper Mylari dosa, walk around/explore Mysore, and then catch Spider-Man, Odyssey, or both in 2D before heading back to Bangalore the same day.

The rough idea:

🎬 Bangalore – 4DX/IMAX/3D: ₹2,000 per person for both

🎬 Mysore – 2D: considerably cheaper

🚆 KSR → Mysore → KSR: train instead of paying Bangalore movie prices

🥞 Mylari dosa + food + exploring Mysore = bonus

🌆 Whole day out instead of just going to a theatre

Obviously, 2D isn't going to give you the same experience as IMAX/4DX, but if the main thing is watching both movies + having a fun day with friends, Mysore honestly sounds like a pretty good alternative.

Basically:

Bangalore: Pay ₹2,000 → watch two movies → go home.

Mysore: Travel → eat → explore → watch one/both movies → travel back → make a whole day out of it.

If you're already planning a group outing, this could actually be worth considering.
