Support Techs purposefully ending chats to avoid helping customers
I was on chat calls for 45 minutes this morning and both ended the chats with boilerplate, seemingly AI, responses and ended the chats on me both times while I was trying to get an incorrect charge fixed.
Account is cancelled after my interaction.
