Genuinely what are they doing in the balance team, what's exactly their job? What do they even do? Genuinely asking who is responsible for shipping buffs and nerfs? Who is making these changements? I've been putting Morde off for a while now playing Ornn mid instead cuz I CANNOT stand the state of Morde or toplane for that matter, genuinely who do I have to CALL or TALK to make ANYTHING happen?
