Google AI claims the docking station it's recommending is the only option on the market/please verify or recommend

The claim: The Plugable UD-7400PD 5-Display Docking Station is the best and only mainstream docking hub capable of driving up to five external monitors from a single connection on an M2 MacBook Air. [1]

Why This Hub Works for Your M2 MacBook Air

  • DisplayLink Technology: Your Apple M2 chip natively supports only one external display through standard hardware routing. The Plugable UD-7400PD bypasses this limitation by using DisplayLink software drivers to process multiple video streams over a standard USB-C port. [1, 2]
  • Monitor Ports: It features one HDMI 2.1 port (up to 8K at 30Hz or scaled resolutions), one HDMI 2.0 port (4K at 60Hz), and three USB-C DisplayLink ports (each supporting 4K at 60Hz). [1]
  • Power and Peripherals: According to Plugable, it delivers up to 140W of charging power to your host laptop, includes a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, and features fast front-facing USB-A and USB-C data ports. [1]
  • Software Requirement: You must download and install the DisplayLink manager driver on your macOS system and grant the necessary screen-recording permission (used strictly to pipe pixel data to the external screens, with no data storage) for all five monitors to activate. [1]

^^^^^ Just wanted to check with the community to verify this is correct before spending on this since it's a bit pricey. Also asking for other options if this isn't true.

My specs:

Model Name: MacBook Air

Model Identifier: Mac14,2

Model Number: Z1610005ELL/A

Chip: Apple M2

Total Number of Cores: 8 (4 Performance and 4 Efficiency)

Memory: 16 GB

Family member passed away, we were curious if there was anything of worth in the perfumes she left behind. If not some may just be used for decoration

What are the immense era gaps still out there?

Preferably the ones that line up by year since they're harder to spot. I've noticed over the years there is a group of years that still don't have epics for several major lines which seems like its intentional.

Ex. DC early to mid 80s, or silver/bronze age volumes are 5-10 year runs mostly missing in omnibus

Some more:

ASM, Avengers, and Daredevil seem to be trying to cover the 80-86 range. We recently did/will get releases for: ASM Black Costume Saga epic and Kraven's Last Hunt epic and ASM Juggernaut were recently part of this effort. Also Daredevil getting epics for Miller and the two epics between him and Nocenti (who was just covered finally on both formats). Avengers by Stern is trying to cover the second half of his 5 epic run finally too, just missing the middle one now.

90s Amazing Spider-Man epics and late 90s omnis/X-Men is slowly covering this era as well and is missing 2 omnis after Trial of Gambit

Daredevil 1990s omnis

Fantastic 4 90s-2010ish is pretty low right? Waid, Millar, Hickman to end it?

--------

Who else?

Random idea: I'd like the Green Lantern - Longbow Hunters Saga omnis remade into 3 volumes with modded spines

So they'd be around 1000 pages each just splitting the two existing ones for the reprint. They'd be easier to read, the spine of Vol 1 could be remade into something better, and we'd keep the art we have if desired and then get something new for Vol 3.

EDIT: Forked up the title, my bad

Which characters have the least omnis available relative to their popularity/notoriety?

In regards to that last part: enough of us have heard of Ambush Bug even though he wasn't a major character for example, but lets avoid characters almost none of us would recognize/have heard of. This is more about, compared to content amount/notoriety, who is generally not getting attention? I feel like Punisher and Dr. Strange are up there.

Tell us the most obscure omnibus you want released

Cartoon Cartoons/Cartoon Network omnibus, which largely wouldn't have great content but it's a nostalgia buy. Combined they have something like 200 issues I believe. I'd also say all of the IDW Samurai Jack comics would be a great omni. And you?

Some of the series:
