USCIS has updated the link, and now you can see the case location along with the meanings of the API codes.

Edit: Looks like the code does not work 100% accurately for everyone. Some people get the correct location, like NBC after the biometrics) or FO, but some of them did not see FO info unless they got a 3rd FTA0 or the file received any touch from the officer, although they confirmed the case transfer with Emma.
