When to start review

Hello! Incomming freshman at a T20 for engineering. I want to do consulting pipeline to MBA postgrad with a 2+2 program at a school like Harvard or Stanford. I am horrible at standardized testes. I got a 1110 on my sat first try (I went test optional). I want to get mid-high 700s, when would the best time to start reviewing?

I want to start tutoring

Hello, I am a college freshman for engineering at a T20 school and I really want to start tutoring mainly math and science for middle/highschoolers. I think it would be a good way to make some side money since i am an international student and cant work in the US. What is the best way to start doing this and what do people typically charge?
