We are a B2B tech company that builds and implements business automation solutions for Indian businesses across the country.
Average Order Value (AOV): 2.5 to 4 Lakhs
Opportunity Earnings Target (OET): 70,000 to 1 Lakh rupees
We are looking for a serious, hungry B2B appointment setter to join our sales team.
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
Commission Structure
10% on your first 5 closed deals
12% on your next 5 closed deals
15% on every deal after that
Performance-based bonuses on top
We provide the lead lists, scripts, training, onboarding, and ongoing support. You will not be thrown into the deep end. We will teach you the process and help you improve.
Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We care more about your communication skills, work ethic, and potential.
There will be an initial 2-week trial period.
Who we are looking for :
- Indians only
- 18 to 25 years old
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Confident to speak to business owners
- Available during Indian business hours
