How do you stop yourself from overtrading crypto?

One thing I didn’t expect with crypto is how easy it is to keep checking charts and wanting to do something. Even when I don’t have a real plan, I catch myself thinking about switching coins or taking a random trade. so what helped you stop overtrading? Rules, position size, fewer apps, or just experience?

Finally put $200 in Bitcoin, now what?

Finally I put $200 into BTC, split between two platforms and $100 on each. Both are spot purchases only, no leverage or futures. I wanted to test which platform works better for me in terms of fees, security, and ease of use.

Now I’m not sure what to do next as a beginner. Should I just hold it there? Move it to a wallet? Track fees or tax records from the start?

I’m not looking for price predictions, just basic advice on what new BTC holders should pay attention to.

Is it too late to start buying Bitcoin as a complete beginner and where can I start?

I have been doing some research but I’m completely have no idea how much can I start with Bitcoin and still trying to understand how people start safely. Is it normal to begin with small amounts like $50–$100? Also wondering what beginners usually use to buy their first BTC and avoid mistakes.
