Looking into a full time nanny, 3x a week, 14 hour days for 3 kids 3 and under. I understand the going rate is around $25?

Our kids are currently in daycare and I don’t know anything about nannying! Do nanny’s cook meals for the kids? Do they clean the house? Or is it typically just child care? What if our oldest needs to be dropped off at Preschool some days- what do people typically do for the car seat situation?

Thanks for the info… any typical day or experience of someone would be helpful.
