Genuine question: Are they stupid?
To obtain Turbo Granny's power, the Black Paladins beat Okarun to a pulp. But they overlook the most obvious detail. Okarun isn't using his Turbo Granny powers at any point to defend himself. Why would Okarun choose to conceal his powers like that?
Momo and Jiji were captured, so they must be going through something like this:
Why doesn't he just accept defeat?
Ken knows he doesn't have powers, and those guys just want to steal 'his power' and leave without hurting anyone else. He doesn't have to prove anything to anyone, and yet he keeps standing there taking hits. Is Okarun a masochist? Lol
The level of hatred Tatsu has for Okarun is very sickening.
1). He completely destroys his relationship with Momo over the course of 200 chapters with the cheap trick of amnesia
- He takes away his awesome powers (Turbo Granny) and gives him an ugly, useless stick that depends on Momo.
3). His 'Best friend Jiji' makes advances towards Momo when he is not around.
4 Her best friend only cares about her feelings and tries to assault him with a kiss that he doesn't want.
5). In that chapter, they humiliate him and almost kill him. Tatsu's second favorite character? My ass.
Do you remember that time when other facial expressions existed?
I miss that time
I don't really understand Okarun
Okarun didn't feel jealous when he saw Jiji and Momo interacting. But then he started to think they were a couple just because he saw them holding hands—something he himself had done with Shiratori? How can he go from being so confident to crumbling so quickly? I understand he's a teenager, but this change in attitude is too abrupt.
These two have come a long way. What's your favorite moment from their last 60 chapter?
There was a confession! Things have happened since then.
Someone needs to help Okarun, he's sad
A hypocrite broke her heart 💔 I think he'd be happy with someone as Aira, even Vamola is an option
I think there's a subliminal message here that Tatsu put in on purpose.
I'm not going to explain it.
How the pessimists in this sub believe the relationship between Okarun and Momo will be years later:
This perfectly sums up the future of Okarun.
Using an amnesia plot point is a cheap trick that sabotages the development of characters we've followed for years, rebooting the story without any real justification. It's completely indefensible how the author kills the development of his characters (Jiji, Aira, Momo, Okarun). But I'm supposed to tolerate people defending this as if they were manga shareholders or something.
Okarun will be useless in that fight because he doesn't have Momo to receive Chi from. So Aira do everything she can on her own to protect them both, haha.
