I was inspired by a previous post of someone’s solar punk camp on this sub this has got to be my favorite it’s so cozy💕

With the chessboard display it’s looks so freaking cute but alas, it will eventually spoil 😭

Bf made me feel bad for taking 3 days to do this set now I feel kinda bad. I’m a perfectionist and I think I started over like 2 times with the initial base color (pat gel and then 2 different syrup gels) and then the French on each nail took some time because I was trying to make sure they were all somewhat uniform and then I used spider gel to get very thin lines and that stuff is pretty sticky and messy which took time too.

Now when I look at them I fell like despite taking so long they look bad. He didn’t mock me but brought it up in a fight that I take 3 days just to do my nails.

I used to be able to do nails in one day but I typically take lots of breaks; one day will be for applying my tips, the next painting and design (each step doesn’t take all day per say I’ll stop and just start the next step the next day)

I’ve been doing nails for a couple of years but I can’t seem to improve the time it takes to complete them..

Edit: thank you to everyone for their kind words, reading all of your comments of love and support made me cry happy tears🥹❤️ it also helped me see how bringing this up during a fight was a asshole thing to do especially considering that the fight had nothing to do with my nails.

It’s also relieving to hear others take equally as long to do nails. I really do deserve someone who won’t throw something like that in my face especially when it’s something that I love doing and makes me really happy❤️

I’ve never seen this before and I can’t figure out what it could be. Both have conduits attached to them if that helps.
