Hellooo I was offered all the programs in both my DSHAPE and Grade-based Prequalifications. I already have my eyes set at Accountancy pero I'm deciding whether to take another degree with it.

I'm really interested in both Accountancy and Economics to the point na I want to pursue them both at the same time pero I don't know how the double degree system works.

Here are some questions I thought of pero no one to ask:

1. What's the difference between DSHAPE Lane and Academy Lane?

2. What's the retaining grade for the double degree?

3. Can you just drop the other degree anytime?

4. Do you think its worth it to pursue two degrees?

5. For those who took the same program or is currently in a double degree program, how's the workload?

Also, I'm on fin-aid (75%) so I dont think money is an issue

My Kuya's graduating mech eng and I want to get him a gift. I was thinking of something like a fountain pen with his name engraved. Yung magagamit po niya sa work sana yung gift para both practical and memorable. What are your recommendations po?
