I just went for my labs and at the consult she said I have really low T and Progesterone but that my estrogen was in the solid middle range and gave me an RX for the testosterone cream as well as oral progesterone.
A lot of the posts I am reading include both estrogen and T and progesterone, is anyone else on just 2?

I know this was many years ago now, but *surely* auto tune or some version of it existed then, no? Why did they let her release that?? And then perform it "live" like that at a public event?

Amanda reminds me SO MUCH of Evie the Emotional vampire- the way she manipulates a conversation to be about herself or some bad thing that happened to her should be studied.

How on earth do I figure out what the best deal on toilet paper and paper towels is? All the measurements are different and the "sales" are hard for me to figure out what is the best deal.
Store brand? Name brand on sale? It's the one area of my grocery budget that feels like a blind guess.
