Having problem with dialogues and transmissions in Space.

Well in my new playthrough with lots of mods and such, I am having this weird problem. Basically When a ship hails me for random events and such or during security checking and such, the audio for inbound/outbound transmissions never comes also the subtitles comes in for a sec and vanishes quite quickly. Anyone faced this problem before and if so how did you solve it?

How to Import Tags in FactoryTalk Optix from Mitsubishi FX5S 40MR/S ?

Well just as the title Says. I need to import Tags from this Mitsubishi PLC into FactoryTalk Optix. Any futhur work is stalled by this one. I do not have any experience with PLCs other than Rockwell-Allan Bradley. Anyone has experience on how to import Tags from Mitsubishi PLC into FTOptix? Can you please guide me through it?

I also have Siemens PLC from which I have to import Tags too. But I am going one a time. I will ask about that later.
