North campus veterans pls save me

I'm moving to Delhi for my Masters in Psychology this month, will be attending classes at North Campus. Trying to sort out accommodation and could use some local knowledge.

First preference is a flat, like a 3BHK, so 3 people, own separate rooms (attached/shared bathroom is fine), common kitchen and living area. Figured it'd work out cheaper than a PG (maybe??) and I'd actually get some privacy.

If that doesn't pan out, I'm okay with a good PG too, just want 2-sharing, not more crammed than that.

Areas I'm looking at are basically anywhere close enough to North Campus. Open to other areas too if they're well connected.

If anyone knows good trustworthy brokers who deal in flats or has flatmates lined up for something similar, or just knows a genuinely good PG that isn't a nightmare, please drop a comment or DM!

So I’m in a bit of a dilemma and could really use some honest perspective here. I got into both Pondicherry University and BHU for masters in psychology and i have until 24th June to make a choice.

I’m super interested in both counselling and research. Ideally, I want a place that gives me solid practical exposure and also doesn't slack when it comes to research opportunities, faculty guidance, and thesis work and sorts.

For anyone who went to either of these universities I'd be really grateful if you could answer these questions.

How is the faculty support for research?

Do you actually get good practical exposure, or is it mostly rote learning?

What’s the campus life, culture, and overall student crowd like?
