Does anyone have any information or opinions on the internet that is provided? I’m curious about the reliability and speed.

I was considering the brut but the pool looks pretty small, and I saw some reviews saying that since they sell day passes it gets pretty full?

Just picked up 2024 SR5 Premium this week w/ 16k miles and stock setup. It’s my first 4Runner, though I’ve had a Toyota pickup in the past and also have an old WJ Jeep so I have a good idea of what I would want the drive to feel like. The ride in this just feel too soft and the side to side rocking on the highway is unsettling. I haven’t been off-road or pulled my pontoon with it yet, but would love to hear some of y’all’s opinions on this setup. It honestly reminds me of how my Grand Cherokee rode for the first decade of its like before putting Bilsteins on it and I definitely regret not doing that sooner. That vehicle feels so solid now. Is that where I’m at with this one? What are some of your opinions on replacing shocks or maybe other components on a basically brand new vehicle? I’m not really interested in a lift, and least not at this time. I’ve tried to look around online but all everything I read feels contradictory from one opinion to the next. It’s so much to try to filter through. Trying to help my wife not feel seasick lol.

I posted in yesterday’s Speak, See, Remember post an excerpt from an interview with Stephen during the release of Mirror Traffic that the Jicks had recently been playing that song since Pavement never could. At this point we’ve pretty well established that all the Pavement/Jicks songs are all just Malkmus minus some minor contributions sporadically, and I’ve seen plenty of comments from him about Pavement being limited in setlist selection because of the band’s inability to perform certain songs. We know he felt handcuffed by many aspects of Pavement, and I realize he found more competent players in the Jicks, but where was the weak link in Pavement? It doesn’t appear to be Mark to me, and I don’t think anything was expected of Bob. SM always worked most closely with Westie which makes me think that part was working, even if Westie Cannot Drum. Was it just a combination of Scott’s lack of ability and the absence of a competent keyboard player? That was what he apparently found in Mike Jick and also Rebecca.
