Anybody ever got their ad account suspended then successfully re-instated?

Our account got falsely suspended by AI citing 'scam / fraud'. I've submitted the relevant goverment docs to verify our legitimacy and the support said the suspension is lifted and the ad account will continue delivery as usual. However it's been 3 hours and the ad manager and the account settings still saying 'permanent suspension' just like it have been since yesterday. How long does it take for the ad account to function again?

I've been running into problems creating and running ads, especially partnership ads, for a month or two now, and need to employ various workaround to run them with suboptimal placements and delivery. Every attempt to contact support was gatekeeped by the AI bot, despite paying $500+ usd for ads every single day.

Last week I decided to pay for 'Meta Verified Account' and lo and behold, the human chat button just turned up. Why would they hide a support button for $500 daily spenders but turn it on for $50/month subscribers? Who the hell is overseeing their advertiser policy?

When I hopped on the chat, it got transferred to a local support team, which took 3 hours for them to reply, at which time I'm already AFK, then it took 8 hours minimum for each ping-pong. In the end I found another workaround myself and wanted to close the ticket, but even that button doesn't work!

6 months ago the support used to be snappy. We even have dedicated account support on call. One nice agent helped me resolved an ad manager issue resulting in over $50,000 spend.

I swear if I find another good distribution channel I'd jump ship in a beat. You cannot rely on such channel with this bad practice like Meta for your livelihood and cortisol level, good CPA be damned.
