2021 MT10

I could use a bit of help with this. I reversed the battery polarity while I was swapping it out with a lithium unit. Since then, I've had a persistent CEL, I can't get my obd2 scanner to come on when plugged up, I've lost the turn signals and brake light (not the tail light, that still comes on. Just no additional light when brake levers are pressed), and the dash doesn't store the time between shut down/start up. I've gone through all the fuses both under the seat and in the box under the left air duct and found no blown fuses. Aside from those issues, the bike runs and rides flawlessly. Any tips on how to move forward from here?
