Dual set up between work laptop and personal tower

Hi, I don’t know if this is the right subreddit but I’m moving to remote work pretty soon and I’d like a docking station that has the functionality of being and to switch my two monitors from being an extended display of my work laptop to being my monitors for my pc. I’ve found a couple and am willing to spend some decent money but I did some searching and don’t know if I’m looking at the right thing. It would be something like this: https://a.co/d/0aYrs13R where I can plug both my monitors, my laptop and then my pc into and then at the press of a button or something change which main component my monitors are working off of (one displaying the pc stuff, other being an extended display of my work laptop).

Reaching out after pre screen email

I applied for a job back in the beginning of June and have gone through a plethora of “resume under review” statuses (currently have 10 dating back to mid May, and have have about 30-35 total), but specifically this one pre screened me and the recruiter was quick to contact me after I checked in 2 weeks after that pre screen and I was told I was in the HM’s queue of resumes to review. I checked in again expressing interest in this position and I haven’t heard anything back and I didn’t know if I should reach out or not as it’s been another couple of weeks. I’m a recent grad (last year) and have been supporting PW in OKC in their QMS as a secondary contractor but want to try as hard as possible to relocate to somewhere in Austin/Dallas due to my partner being in the military (stationed in Dyess)

Job tips/tricks

Hi everyone, I’m struggling a bit and wanted to know if anyone has any advice/tips. My partner is in the military (Air force Officer) and I recently almost secured a job with PW at Tinker but ended up not getting it because the hiring manager was in military for 20 years and I guess I said enough to where he knew that if she gets overseas orders within the next couple years (she just commissioned last year as we both graduated college last year) that I’d most likely be gone and recommended I try to get a remote position. I’ve looked so much and there’s almost nothing, not only that but I feel like there’s almost nothing career growth opportunity as an engineer if I stay remote. There’s almost no jobs on Tinker that I can apply to with my experience level. My partner is stationed at Dyess and there’s almost nothing there either. I’ve applied to what I can and I have about 50 applications out over the last couple weeks or so at various companies (about 30 submitted to LM in Dallas/Grand Prairie area). I’m struggling to even find anything that would keep me in an engineering career and be able to move every 2-3 years until she eventually gets to FGO and doesn’t have to move as often. I’ve started the process to possibly go in as an officer myself because of how bad it is, which I took the AFOQT last year, but we are both worried about possibly not being stationed together as we are not married yet. If anyone has any suggesting/advice/tips or even just words of encouragement, it would go a long way and I’d really appreciate it!
