I hope none of you get screwed as hard as I did. Won nearly $14k, did the playthrough requirements and then they closed my account. Money is all gone. Nearly $14k and nothing I can do according to them.
Sent USDC to an ETH wallet yesterday and it never landed in the receivers account..what happened?

Long story short, won about 14k a couple of days ago, did a $5k BTC withdrawal which I received yesterday. Did not touch anything on the account yesterday and woke up this morning with rhe message my account was disabled. Obviously I sent in the ID photos etc. Just wondering about the timing of all this as I had just won. There was no verify ID before the account was closed, they just shut it down with no warning or way for me to get it taken care of first.
Is this the policy there? Wait until people win something and lock them up with no recourse? Crazy.
I have bsen trying to add new BTC withdrawal address and not receiving anything to my email... have tried every folder. I do receive other emails from kraken.
