Generally on apps I get an offer of 1-1.2k on no cost emi on flights but I want something more if I am booking more than 20 flights in a year.

Joining for bangalore location Eco world will be my office, how flexible is the wfh policy? I am told to attend office twice every week but HR claimed it's flexible. Is it possible to complete the quota at one go and work from home the remaining days. I am not from Blore.

I have 10+ years of experience working with good product companies all along. I am from support background, started with infrastructure and currently supporting enterprise tools for database which is quiet famous in the market. But my knowledge is restricted since database is huge I can't crack DBA interviews, I completed Devops courses, am good with infrastructure as I have worked extensively on that but no real experience in Devops. Right now I feel lost, I mean where to begin and where to land I have no idea. Witch companies reject me asking vague questions due to their budget constraints and their interview process is bogus as hell, I mean who asks definitions and who remembers them here? I need an Azure lab to play around more any leads? Free tier is utilized and am ready to pay.
