This is only my second ever playthrough, and my first as a non-Roman faction. I played out all of the battles in real time, not auto-resolving a single one, and boy did it take me a while. But in the end I managed to crush the senate and win the campaign. Only the Julii and Scipii remain as an real threat, while Germania is my protectorate. So I am going to play on to remove the Roman threat forever and conquer the whole map.

Just thought I'd share as I've really enjoyed this game and wish I had found it years ago.

I got this new arcade agreement pop up when loading up the game. I assume they’ve done something to make the arcade tracking more accurate and this is a part of it. With that being said however, I am still waiting for multiple arcade rewards to be credited to me. But hopefully this means the arcade tracking will be much more efficient going forward. I welcome all positive updates :)

So I have just found out about the website and created my account less then 2 hours ago. After completing 4 surveys I was asked to verify using my phone number, which I did. But since then all of the games and 90% of the surveys have disappeared. I had about 20 surveys available, but every one I do is now saying I do not qualify.

Anyone able to say if this is a common issue for first time users? How long can I expect to be soft banned?

So apparently the support wait times are going to be longer than usual, despite Atlas still telling players it will be a 48 hour response time. This is apparently due to a larger than usual amount of support tickets. I thought I would let everyone know, because for some reason Atlas isn’t. I know this will have a big impact on people trying to complete the monthly challenges so I figured it was worth sharing.

The initial message they sent me said they would reply within 48 hours. It’s now been longer than 48 hours and I have not heard anything from support. Does anyone know what is causing the delayed response times?
