I remember 10 or 15 years ago there was a Kickstarter that was gonna be for a film that was gonna be live action they had puppets, similar to Jim Henson, and it was about a telephone. It was called something like “the constant telephone” or “the persistent telephone”?

I remember there being a ton of hype about this, and then suddenly it is disappeared. I even think if I remember correctly, it got funded all the way.?
