I’m using this soulbond card, and usually cards specify “living player” to kill but this one just says “another”. Does that mean I can choose an already dead player to kill? Or do I have a to choose another living player?

My friend just a few hours ago lost their dog and are now looking for him. He is a Chihuahua, Jack Russell terrier mix with a black body and white belly and face.
